Works Great!
I used WD-40 Specialist Rust Release Penetrant on the brake bleeder nipples on my '69 Plymouth GTX. They were frozen with rust, but after hosing them down with this product and tapping them gently with a hammer (vibrates it in!), I was able to loosten all 4 of them without breaking any offf... Sah_Weet! :)
